Silence Speaks is the second studio album of RyanDan released in 2010 after the great success of the self-titled debut album released in 2007. It was released on Universal Records
The two identical twin brothers Ryan and Dan Kowarsky making up RyanDan co-wrote 11 of the 12 songs on the album, with the only cover being "Open Arms" from band Journey done in a Boyz II Men-esque style. for this album, they worked with Gary Clarke who had written and produced for the likes of Liz Phair, Natalie Imbruglia, McFly and others. They also cooperated with Justin Gray who has worked with Craig David and Joss Stone.
Shania Twain is a big fan of their music. She was recently quoted in saying "The album Silence Speaks by the [Canadian] twins known as RyanDan, brought me to my knees in complete, uncontrollable tears and also gave me a feeling of peace and inspiration".[1]
